Arto Lahenius is a CPO that has worked throughout his year 1991 started career in planning and manufacturing lower extremity orthotics for children. He has developed methods of production so that ideas have been able to be changed in to reality.

Auli Jätyri started her work in Orthonova in January 2004. She has worked as a CPO since 1995. Her greatest interest has been designing and manufacturing lower limb orthoses for children. She has participated in numerous courses concerning for example DAFO- and Ferrari-orthoses and courses of manufacturing orthoses for adults with neurological deficits.

Kyösti Lassila graduated as CPO in 2012 and he has been working in Orthonova since then. He specializes in manufacturing lower limb orthoses for patients with neurological disorders.

Mika Laaksonen has worked as a CPO since years 1991. He is specialised in lower extremity orthotics for children. In addition to that he has made lower extremity prosthesis for several years. He is also a lecturer in Helsinki Polytechnic Stadia.

Paavo Saarela, CEO, has worked as a CPO since year 1988. He has previously worked as orthotics department supervisor and product manager. He is specialised in orthotics for neurological disorders. He has had lectures on this subject several times on international congresses and seminars.

Sinikka Välitalo was employed by Orthonova in February 2004. She started her career as a CPO in 1993 and worked the three first years in Oulu. Her main interest has been work in designing and manufacturing lower limb orthoses for patients with neurological or muscular problems. Sinikka has participated in numerous courses concerning for example DAFO- and Ferrari-orthoses and courses of manufacturing orthoses for adults with neurological deficits.
